I bought several of these products all at once - happily supporting a local business - and because they use natural products. Unfortunately, some of the containers did not work effectively. The pharmacist had to give me a lesson in sticking a wire up from the bottom to reactivate them. This was not a one-off procedure. It was then I realized that the user has no idea how much product is left in the container. I finally reached out to the company and spoke for some time with one of the associates. She understood my frustration and asked for my mailing address. I assumed I’d receive some kind of a coupon to encourage me to buy something else. I thanked her for standing behind their product. And then heard nothing further from them. The cucumber serum and moisturizer are particularly faulty! A sad experience!!
